AZA Listserv email issues
April 28, 2025It has been brought to our attention that some ZRA members are having issues receiving listserv posts. If that is the case for you, please log into your AZA account and make sure the email address listed is correct. Also check your settings to be sure they are set for receiving either the "real time or daily digest".
In addition, AZA has explained that the automatic message bounced back when your out of office or other automatic replies are on, can trigger the AZA setting to switch over to "no emails."
If you've had your autoreply on and are no longer receiving the listserv emails you can click “My Account” and then “Email Preferences”. If the system flagged your email with this error, there will be an orange box and a button that prompts you to fix the email. If you need additional help with this issue, please contact membership@aza.org.
While we would love to help, this is something that the ZRA Membership Committee and the Website Managers cannot fix for you.
