In case you didn't see the Annual Conference Subcommittee Report in the Winter edition of For the Record, three new items have been programmed in the ZRA website. The first is the Annual Conference Updates. This new functionality allows us to send direct email communications to the ZRA membership covering any information we need to convey that falls outside the static details that are programmed for each Annual Conference. It includes information about pre and post Conference events, special programs, marketing communications and any other relevant information.
The second new section is the Annual Conference Proceedings. The Power Points from the 2009 Annual Conference in Boise, Idaho are now available for member use. Now that we have this new functionality, presentations will be loaded within thirty (30) days of the end of the current year's Annual Conference. This is a value-added benefit for those members that are unable to attend the Annual Conference.
The third and final new section is the Annual Conference Photo Gallery. We are in the beginning stages of organizing the Gallery for loading pictures from the last two years. Like the Annual Conference Proceedings, the process moving forward will be to load pictures within thirty (30) days of the end of the current year's Annual Conference.
