Dear 2010 Annual Conference Attendees:

If you are donating items for the Silent Auction, you must complete, sign and print the Donation Form, and provide to Pam Pritchard during registration. 

You can print the Silent Auction Donation form by going to the website (www.zooregistrars.org).  Login and select Members and that will give you My Account.  Scroll down and select Register; that will allow you to print the form that was generated when you indicated you were donating an item for the Silent Auction.

At this time, please do not mail forms or items for the Silent Auction; you will need to bring them with you and turn into Pam Pritchard at registration.  If you have outstanding payments for registrations, please contact Deanna Snell at (403) 232-9327 or by email deannas@calgaryzoo.ab.ca, to make them electronically or bring your payment with you.
