Dear ZRA Members:

Reference: Nominations Period will be open 15 April through 1 May 2013

The Nominations & Elections Committee is actively recruiting qualified candidates for each open position for the 2013-2015 Board of Directors. The open positions are Vice President, 2 Directors, and President.
The Committee is now placing a Call for Nominations to the general membership who may nominate up to two qualified candidates for each open position. No more than three candidates for each open position will be placed on the final ballot.

ZRA Members should use the qualification documents and eligibility list available through the online nomination form on the ZRA website, www.zooregistrars.org. The eligibility list will be available as a pull down menu, and reflects those members who currently meet the eligibility requirements indicated in the bylaws (Article V, Section 3).

Nominations should be made only AFTER having a discussion with the potential nominee as to whether or not they are interested in the office.
