2019 ZRA Hosted ICRM Exam Prep Workshop
May 08, 2019ZRA is excited to partner with the Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM) for the 12th consecutive year to provide information about ICRM certification and its relevancy, value and benefits to those Records and Information Management (RIM) professionals working in the Zoological Registrar profession. The 2019 ICRM Exam Prep session will be a half day focusing on the Certified Records Analyst (CRA) credential and will be held on Monday, 7 October 2019, at the Annual Conference hotel, Domaine Chatàteau-Bromont, in the Nouvelle Room. This is a great opportunity for ZRA members to learn more about the certification process and for current candidates to start their exam prep; it’s included in your full conference registration.

This is an ICRM Workshop for the Certified Records Analyst (CRA) credential and will include an introduction to the ICRM certification process including qualifications, application, exam administration and a detailed overview of the material covered in Parts 2-4 with sample questions. Technological advances have forever altered the way in which people and businesses communicate and manage information, and these changes impact records and information management in all industries including zoological institutions.
