Payment is expected at the time of registration: you can pay by credit card through ZRA's Stripe account or by check mailed to Karly Hurst, ZRA Host and Zoo Miami Compliance Manager.  To avoid a $10 late fee, your payment must be received by 10 October 2025, midnight EST. To receive a refund, your cancellation must be received by 17 October 2025, 5:00 p.m. EST

Registration Levels

Full Registration:

• Member = $230.00
• Non-Member = $280.00
• Includes all general sessions, workshops and meetings for each day.

Daily Registration for General Sessions (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday):

• $85.00 per day
• Available to members and non-members (not including exhibitors) that do not wish to, or are unable to, attend the full conference.

Speaker Registration Options:

• Speakers attending the day of presentation only: The Daily Registration fee waived, but the speaker must pay for any paid events offered that day.
• Speakers attending more than one day: We recommend that you select the Full Registration to receive the maximum benefit; however, Daily Registrations are also available (see above).
