Fiscal Transparency
It is a core commitment of ZRA that the “organization is run in a transparent, deliberate, forward-thinking manner.” As such, all budgets are shared with the membership as soon as they are approved by the Board. Additionally, a financial statement is created at the end of the fiscal year (which closes on October 31st) to share details about how much money was spent, how much money was earned, and how much money is in the bank.
