Meeting Minutes
There are three kinds of meetings that ZRA holds.
The Annual Business Meeting is when we gather to officially review the activities of the Association for the past year. The Board and each Committee presents a report that describes events and achievements. Membership Services Committee includes a 5-year membership retrospective and the Treasurer provides a 12-month breakdown of the Association’s finances. Official votes may also happen at the Business Meeting. The Business Meeting is typically held in-person towards the end of the annual conference.
Z-CAP stands for “ZRA’s Committee Action Planning” session and it is a time for ZRA members to workshop Committee plans for the coming year. This might be a time the Association works on planning for the next Strategic Plan, or brainstorms ways to achieve a larger goal. This is a great time that Committees can work together instead of each one acting independently. Z-CAP is an in-person event that typically happens towards the beginning of the annual conference.
Special meetings can be held at any time of the year and happen virtually. These meetings are set up when the entire membership should be informed about something and/or be involved in a decision. Special meetings do not happen every year.
Use the tables below to find the minutes for any one of these meetings.
