Training Committee
The ZRA Training Committee exists to provide support for both new and established registrars through three main programs: the AZA Institutional Records Keeping (IRK) scholarship, the Mentorship program, and our ongoing webinar series. More information about each of these programs is located on the Professional Development page, along with links to all the necessary forms and applications.
Current Goals & Projects
Our current committee goal is to support our membership by providing opportunities for members to further their professional development and skills. This includes strengthening the Mentorship program by recruiting more mentors in order to streamline the mentor/mentee pairing process and continuing the webinar series to provide more peer-to-peer knowledge sharing. Recordings of webinars will also be available for member review, creating a library of expertise that our members will be able to access on an as-needed basis.
