Bylaws Committee
The Bylaws Committee reviews and, as necessary or as requested, proposes updates to the rules by which ZRA functions.
Current Goals & Projects
After many years of Bylaws updates, this Committee is primarily reactive, working only as need arises for perceived changes. We review any “Bylaws Amendment Request” forms received, work with those proposing an amendment, and suggest appropriate wording for amendments. The Committee prepares documents for presentation of the proposed amendment for voting at the annual business meeting and provides a Committee recommendation as to whether or not the amendment should be adopted.
