The Marketing and Outreach Committee aims to engage current and future members to foster relationships, leveraging ZRA's strong reputation as a professional supportive organization.

Current publications and materials that we use for outreach are: 

• Introductory letters, both in English and in Spanish

• Brochures, one written in English and one written in Spanish

• Banner in English

• Postcard in English

• Create a Non-ZRA List of facilities to reach out to with Outreach Materials.

• Create an International Non ZRA Membership List of facilities to target.

• Take ZRA on the road and table at other conferences to help recruit new members.

• Create new marketing materials, such as a ZRA tablecloth and ZRA branded stickers

• Add a link to ZRA in our work email signatures. 

• ZRA branded swag for 2026!

Future Projects/Ideas:

• Add additional languages to outreach materials.

• Marketing targeted towards younger folks such as college level students with an Intern program.
