Strategic Planning Committee
The Strategic Planning exists to manage the planning process and then to write the strategic plan. In-between planning phases, this committee is dormant. If you have any questions about a current strategic plan, please reach out to the ZRA President.
Current Goals & Projects
Work has begun on ZRA's next Strategic Plan! The SPC has reviewed the Association's progress on their current goals and issued a new survey to the membership. The survey results will be shared at the upcoming conference. The 2025 Z-CAP session (ZRA Committee Action Planning session) will be focused on brainstorming new goals. 2026 will be focused on writing the new plan.
